Description

1. If stay for very long in the input page, after keyin info, will hit 999997 and due to role is empty.
2. For signer own, if no allow_ack and allow_edit, click on it will display as view signer details screen.
3. Signer others, revision_no = Yes, revision_used_date = No and revision_exp_date = No, need to display Need Revision.
4. Signer others are unable to click inside to view.
