iOS - Registration Check - Cancel Registration Popup & Acknowledgement Are Missing

Description

I was using another set of data to try on Cancel Registration.

click cancel registration button
-popup message DID NOT appear
-success acknowledgment DID NOT display
 CRASHED back to data input screen.
- when I used the same data to enter, which has been successfully updated with display cancel status.

Remark: Log Checked which showed that FE successfully requested RegistrationCancel & BE responded successfully to FE.
