Description
Omni Spec 0.87
- BE will remove the current condition for signature flow checking (old checking for Signer Others)
- BE will send sign_status = Y to FE; if omni returns sign_status=2 (Signed)
- BE will not send anything to FE if omni is not sending anything or if Omni sending ( 0 = Not Signed/ 1 = Expired)
