Description
Omni spec change for Signature_details - sign_status as below:
Need assistance to change WS below as BE will pass FE sign_status=Y:
1. RetrieveInquiryRegistration
2. RegistrationRevisionSubmit
3. RegistrationAckSubmit

Omni Spec 0.87 Signature_details - Sign_status
- BE will send sign_status = Y to FE; if omni returns sign_status=2 (Signed)
- BE will send sign_status = N to FE; if omni is not sending anything or if Omni sending ( 0 = Not Signed/ 1 = Expired)
