Description
Enable secondary (Current Device) to switch to primary which is to allow Original Primary to become secondary, and subsequently enable to unbind.
Remark:
During - DeviceCIFBindingUpdate request from FE as below:
Primary = Current Device, FE will need to send the secondary device ID to BE - (Currently ok)
2ndary = Current Device, FE send the Primary device ID to BE (Fixed)
