Steps:
1. Login using User ID: AXOCORE
2. Click 'Account Services' button
3. Click 'Show all cards' under submenu of 'Credit Card Account' button
4. Click 'Card Info' button of MASTERCARD GOLD STAFF
5. Credit Card details displayed
Issue Description:
'Credit Card Status' position is incorrect (Card status positioned above Card Holder Name)
Expected:
'Credit Card Status' position should be between Card Holder Name and Credit Limit
