Description
Fixes:
Need to skip second dialog on android 13 or above as second dialog is deprecated. This is from google policy.
This 2nd dialog will only apply for Android [10 & below] but NOT [13 or above]
We are now changing the code to skip the 2nd dialog on specific Android Version for [13 & above]
