Description

1. Click on 3rd Party Transfer within BIBD from Transfer Services
2. Click preferred account to transfer to
3. Input amount and click Tick button
4. Input message (empty or input special char)

Issue:
Incorrect/Not specific error message for Message field

Expected:
Error message for Message field should be specific
- Click Next with input Message with special character (except space, comma, dot) - Not be able at all to input any special character except space, comma and dot
- Click Next without input Message - Display error "Please enter Message"

Issue:
1. Can be proceed even put empty message
2. Able to input all special character
