Objective: to integrate form.io into react js project base.
Acceptance Criteria: to be able up the project that comply to qiankun microfrontend framework,
2 menu:
1. a menu when user click launch the form.io form builder to be able to showcase drag and drop function
2. and another menu for form.io renderer to be able render form based on the json generate from the builder

Login via gitlab using the credential:
-navigate to cc_core to checkout cc_topnavbar, remove the top nav bar item and rename the project to cc_formio
