Please help to cater with 8 digits input instead of 6 digits input on the Challenge Code screen for appli 2 & Appli 3 which to be included in Rebranding Package.

Below is the final result before handling to OCBC and OCBC understands to assist with below information/ result for further adjustment/ fixes in production environment. [This testing will be held in production environment] by specific User.]

Both Android and iOS are getting different error but the methods that both are using is quite similar for Appli 2. As for Appli 3, please advise as we are not sure if it is correct to get 6 digits response by inputting 8 digits challenge code.

We have followed the mentioned method in both iOS and Android, and the results are as below:

Android
o Appli 2 if use 8 digits for challenge code, will get error 4029.
o Appli 3 if use 8 digits for challenge code, will get 6 digits response from Digipass

iOS
o Appli 2 if use 8 digits challenge code, will get error “challenge length is incorrect”.
o Appli 3 if use 8 digits challenge code, will get 6 digits response from Digipass.
