Description
Steps:
1. Login into user which have no CASA or account got closed (user: fbkhairun)
2. Go to Settings and click Manage Favourite
3. Click Transfer and 3rd Party Transfer
Issue: Unable to proceed and prompt message service unavailable for 3rd party manage fav
Expected:
- To create new ws for maintain 3rd Party fav
- Should be able to maintain 3rd Party fav even if customer's account got closed or no CASA
