Description
as per discussion in the meeting, R&D on the react project as library to share with other project.
- concept will be share with cccore_shared, the different from is related to react.
- confirm to share with other is under the path src/shared/components from cc_iam, others file to be advise able to share across with other project or not.
- project name as layout_shared

layout-shared package is implemented in all main microfrontends (iam, common, am). Remember to modify layout-shared path inside package.json before npm/yarn installing

Issue has been solve.
Already test for run the cc_iam ,cc_common and cc_am and got no issue
