Description
-Cannot fill the input form for template type
-When click save got error message as screenshot.
Issue :
Go to template type -> click Add button -> fill the form -> the Template Type form cannot be fill.
Expected :
Go to template type -> click Add button -> fill the form -> the Template Type form can be fill -> click save -> save is successful message will popup in search page
