Description
The whole on-boarding process was good but when it came to creating the online user id, we get a time out error message.
Attached is the screen shot of the error message (image 1).
When investigated, the accounts and user id was created.
So, attempted to login the user id but when it came to the verification screen, we get the message that this device had not been registered yet. Attached is the screen message (image 2). After ignore error message, unable to proceed further even though verification code is entered, the "Next" button will not turn blue to proceed to next screen. Screen is again attached (image 3).

For issue image-1.jpeg, we could not simulate this timeout, please complete the registration processing within the session duration
For issue image-2.jpeg, this is the correct flow, for first-time login into the device, the app will prompt the message.
For issue image-3.jpeg, this is a bug, and we have resolved it. Please wait for the new app release.
