Description
Steps to simulate:
1. Click Mobile Banking
2. Click Other Setting
3. Click Promotion
4. Click Add
5. Input All Fields
5. Click Save Button
Issue: Can't Save on Menu Add promotion
Expected Fixes: Can Save & Success on Menu Add promotion
