Steps to simulate:
1. Click Other Setting
2. Click Rbs Duration Maintenance
3. Click Modify
3. Input Rbs Duration Using Symbol '!@#$'
Issue:
Still Can Input Symbol
Expected Fixes:
It Should be Can't Input Symbol
