Description
Steps to simulate:
1. Click Mobile Banking
2. Click Message Broadcast
3. Input All Fields Except Message Code & Input Select Type
Issue: Forgot Input Message Code & Input Select Type, Not Showing error
Expected Fixes : Should Showing Warning error
