Description
Steps to simulate:
1. Click Mobile Banking
2. Click Other Settings Dropdown List
3. Click Telco Server Maintenance Notification Menu
4. Click "Add" Button & Observe Telco List in Search Screen is Empty
5. Choose Telco from Dropdown List
Issue:
Couldnt Choose Telco from Dropdown list
Expected Fixes:
Should show Telco List from Dropdown
