Description
Steps to simulate:
1. Click Mobile Banking
2. Click Other Settings Dropdown List
3. Click Mobility Error Message Menu
4. Click "Add" Button & Add Details
5. Click Save
6. Click Modify & Modify Something
7. Click Save Again
8. Observe
Issue:
Click Add and after Successfully Record Saved. Try to Modify and ClICK "Save" button again, hit error HTTP 500
Expected Fixes:
Should Modify and Record Saved Successfully
