Description
Steps to simulate:
1. Click Mobile Banking
2. Click Other Settings Dropdown List
3. Click Mobility Error Message Menu
4. Click "Add" Button
5. Observe Message Field
Issue:
In Add Screen Message Field is Unavailable to Add
Expected Fixes:
Should able to Allow Add in Message Field
