[GG Demo] Connect App disconnected after user relaunch the app

Description

1. Download GG Demo app
2. Login as , abcd1234
3. Connect the Google Fit wearable
4. Kill the App

Error found:
1. After relaunch the app need to connect again

Expected result:
1. System should not ask user to connect again

Remarks:
1. If test with apple health then this is not happening

For new user, we need to setup Wellness Activity -> Measure Type -> Fitage to allow system to onboard new user to earn Fitage.
Since user not onboard Fitage, it will ask user to onboard/connect again.

For old user, although Wellness Activity -> Measure Type -> Fitage is not setup, old user already has onboarded Fitage, so it will show Fitage and will not ask to reconnect for onboarding.
