Description
User unable to login due to Produciton data base record keeps the lower case of the login ID.
Patching conducted for production DB.
Pending User update about the result.

OCBC has just updated that the issue has been resolved for that particular customer.
Please also help to prepare a script to run for the rest of the LoginID(s) for updating the production DB.
