Description
As discussed, please help to add item #3 as a new scenario for status display
Remain >>> 1. [DOB fail]- Failed DOB (Yes, this is as per current)
Remain >>> 2. [Name + gender] - Failed (Yes, this is what they wanted)
New >>> 3. DOB + name + gender (any other field that come along with DOB) is failed - [Failed DOB] (but the real field that is failed is not only dob) (Yes, this is what they wanted)
