Issue:
Click the topbar at the top right -> navigate to any page -> the topbar are not close
Expected:
Click the topbar at the top right -> navigate to any page -> the topbar should close

Issue has been solve
now the submanu bar can be close
Click the topbar at the top right -> click Subsystem ->. click alert message -> the topbar should close
