Description
Check minimum recharge value with top up amount selected by customer;
- If minimumRechargeValue <= ( less than or equal) Top-up Amount selected by customer, proceed accordingly.
- If minimumRechargeValue > (more than) Top-up Amount selected by customer, prompt error "*_Minimum recharge value for this meter is <minimumRechargeValue>_*"
