steps:
(1) Login
(2) Click Side menu
(3) Click Settings
(4) Click FAQ
(5) Select one of the FAQ
(6) Click Back button from the FAQ
(7) Click Back button from FAQ listing
(8) Select one of the FAQ OR

(9) Click Back button to side menu
(10) Select any menu
