Description
Issue:
Click Organisation profile -> click search button -> select item on the table -> click department tab -> click Add button -> fill the form -> click save -> no alert message
Expected:
Click Organisation profile -> click search button -> select item on the table -> click department tab -> click Add button -> fill the form -> click save -> should have alert message

The issue also happen on the add new page.
Issue:
Click Organisation profile -> click add new button -> fill the form -> click save button -> no alert message
Expected :
Click Organisation profile -> click add new button -> fill the form -> click save button -> should have alert message

Click Organisation profile -> click search button -> select item on the table -> click department tab -> click Add button -> fill the form -> click save -> should have alert message
