Description
Click organisation profile > add > fill the form > save > popup the alert message > click any button > the alert message still there
Issue :
The alert msg : record successfully saved still remain whenever i click cancel button or navigate to others.
Expected :
The alert msg disappear after click cancel button or navigate to others.

The alert msg record successfully saved are now gone.

Issue has been solve
Due to no need to navigate to search page . its should navigate and give the alert message at the form page
Click organisation profile > add > fill the form > save > popup the alert message
