Description
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select “My Accounts” in side menu.
2. Select “Bonds/Unit Trust”.
3. Select "CIF".
4. Tap on Download button.
Actual Result:
Failed to download receipt.
Expected Result:
Successfully download receipt.

root cause:
The access for external app to OCBC's folder is more strict and the location of the download file is not in the folder where the pdf viewer can access.
solution:
1. Change the download and read file location to match accessible external files path
2. Add code to create folder if not exist
